This Promotion includes the following benefits:

a. Free Delivery Australia-Wide
Free delivery is available under the following conditions:

  • For homes built at either of our facilities, a delivery contribution of up to $13,000 AUD will be applied toward total delivery costs.

  • Delivery includes standard road transport from factory to the stated delivery address and basic transport insurance.

  • Any additional delivery requirements including but not limited to cranage, barge transport, difficult access solutions, council permits, escort vehicles, or traffic management are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • The delivery team will use reasonable efforts to position the Tiny Home at the desired location, but final placement is not guaranteed and is subject to access and ground conditions.

  • Oz Tiny Homes accepts no liability for any delays, access restrictions, or damage resulting from site-specific challenges.

  • Upon delivery, the customer must be present and will be required to sign a delivery acceptance and waiver form.

  • If the final delivery cost is less than $13,000 AUD, the remaining value is not redeemable or refundable.

  • If delivery is delayed due to the customer’s site not being ready or inaccessible, redelivery or holding fees may apply.

2. Limitation of Offer

This Promotion is strictly limited in availability. Oz Tiny Homes reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time and without prior notice.

Availability of the offer is subject to remaining build slots at the time of inquiry. We recommend confirming availability directly with our team.

3. General Conditions

  • This Promotion is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless expressly stated in writing.

  • Any changes or customisations outside the scope of this Promotion may be subject to additional charges.

  • This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  • To the extent permitted by law, Oz Tiny Homes will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from or in connection with this Promotion.
