During your interactive design call, you'll have the opportunity to explore different colour schemes and upgrade options, allowing you to personalise every detail. Visualise your dream Tiny Home and bring your vision to life with expert guidance.

Get a Quote

Get a detailed quote from your Sales Representative and review all your options. This is your chance to make any final upgrades or adjustments to ensure your Tiny Home perfectly suits your needs before moving forward.

DEPOSIT

Secure Your Build Slot

Review and sign the agreement, then place your $8,000 holding deposit to lock in an available build slot. This ensures your Tiny Home is reserved and ready to move into production.

3 Stages of Going Tiny

We’ll guide you every step of the tiny home buying process from start to finish

ORDER

STEP 1: Order your tiny home by choosing your model, layout & optional extras. Approve your quote, secure your build slot with a holding deposit & sign your build contract.

BUILD

STEP 2: Make your first 40% instalment payment before commencement date, and our skilled team will start your build as outlined in your contract. You'll receive regular updates and make another 30% payment at lockup stage.

DELIVER

STEP 3: Upon completion, your final 30% payment will be due. We will then deliver your completed tiny home to your property, ensuring it is fully insured from door to door.

Build Slot Holding Deposit

Once you have paid your holding deposit, you’ll then be able to select an available built slot of your choice. This is non-refundable. The $8,000 holding deposit will then be deducted from the final 30% payment of your Tiny Home.
